Harmony at Heron Bay is an adaptive reuse destination that repurposes 69.2 acres of an existing golf course into a viable urban development to meet the needs of two communities and visitors alike.  This lifestyle center is integrated with a mix of uses that range from residential components, entertainment, fitness, boutiques, restaurants, and more prominent corporate brands in a small-town setting.
The master plan for Harmony at Heron Bay is organized into small walkable blocks protected by broad overhangs, seating walls, terracing planters, and parks.  Although on-street parking is available for quick access to the amenities, ample surface parking is available on the western perimeter to encourage a relaxed pedestrian experience.

To the south will be two communities of senior living accommodations; to the north, lots divided into quarter acres will offer a custom single-family home subdivision; On a separate parcel located southwest of the development will be a placeholder for a future flex space/medical facility.

Harmoniously connecting it all is the +/- 250,000 SF of shopping, dining and entertainment zone within the urban core.  This space is designed to complement the existing Marriott Coral Springs Hotel & Convention Center and office buildings.
Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by a large open plaza with its interactive reflection pond and a multi-functional entertainment pavilion.  The grand avenue feeds vehicles directly to the parking area, providing the event plaza’s backdrop.  From there, the entire town is accessible by various routes.

The objective of Harmony at Heron Bay is to promote wellness, enjoyment, and relaxation, where nature is an integral part of the experience.  Multiple parks frame seating areas, connected by healthy eating establishments, exercise venues, markets, and a host of shaded outdoor cafes and restaurants, for the gatherings of friends.  Harmony at Heron Bay also can adapt to public events such as art shows, festivals, and green markets.

Central park replaces the conventional main street and meanders through the center of town to link up to a state-of-the-art mini-golf course complete with sand traps and putting greens for people of all ages.  Place building is the idea behind the project, a communal experience for people of all ages and backgrounds.
